I am Penny Fisher (or Lady Dragon or the Dragon Lady) I am the owner , along with my husband Kenny Fisher, Of Lady Dragon Tattoos. I have been tattooing for 18 years and am completely self taught. I owned a shop in Lumberton  for about 8 years before I opened my fayettevlle location on Raeford Rd. We have been at this location for about 8 years. We opened a new shop in Raeford in Dec of last  year and I am currently working at that location. I love to do big pieces, tribal, full exotic color and black and grey best but I pretty much like anything different. My husband is ex military(a major and a tanker) so we have great respect for our soldiers and even have a memorial wall in our shop to honor some of the guys we have lost.
